Deborah is the Founder and driving force behind Yours, Mine and Hours, a personal assistant and concierge service firm specializing in virtual assistant and concierge services for individuals, small businesses and corporations. Prior to establishing her business, she was employed by the Senate of Pennsylvania as Executive Assistant to Senator Edwin G. Holl. Before her government experience, she was the Operations Manager of a seven-physician ophthalmology practice for over 26 years. In both roles she was responsible for the development and management of the workforce and overall administration of the offices and personnel. Her interpersonal skills are an important part of her current personal services business and her clients include small business owners, corporate officers, attorneys, realtors, seniors, busy executives and many more…
Deborah has over 34 years’ experience in all aspects of administration, including personnel coaching, team building, mentoring, employee performance and participation, employee relations, human resources, training and management. She is a member of the International Concierge and Errand Service Association (ICEA), the Delaware Valley Virtual Assistants Association (DVVAA), Pennsylvania Association of Notaries (PAN) and Hatfield Chamber of Commerce. In addition, she is listed in Madison Who’s Who and is a member of the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce (CBCC) and the Linked-In network. Deborah also serves in the Ambassador Club of the North Penn Chamber of Commerce and assists with Membership in that organization. During past years she has worked closely with the Rotary Club of North Penn.
Yours, Mine, and Hours was named BEST OF PHILLY by Philadelphia Magazine. Deborah has been a guest several times on Valerie Shinbaum’s Body, Mind and Balance Program on WWDB. Radio programs and video can be heard on the www.bodymindandbalance.com website. Her biography appears in the 2006 edition of Marquis Who’s Who in the World and numerous other Who’s Who editions. Past awards include the Dale Carnegie Human Relations Award. Deborah has written and published articles on the Concierge industry and other business topics. Her theme, “Capital Connections”, was chosen for the Fifth Annual International Concierge and Errand Association Conference held in Washington, DC in 2005. The following year her submission, “Charting Your Course” was chosen for the 2006 ICEA Conference in Chicago, IL. In 2007, Deborah’s suggestion is also incorporated in the annual conference theme in San Diego, CA.
She graduated from Gwynedd Mercy College and earned a certificate in Management from Villanova University. Deborah obtained the Certified Medical Manager (CMM) designation from the Professional Association of Health Care Office Managers and is a Pennsylvania Notary Public.
